Refund policy

At Earth Dine, we want our customers to be satisfied with every order.

If you receive damaged, faulty, or incorrect products, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@earthdine.co.uk.

Where appropriate, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund.

For hygiene reasons, opened or used disposable food packaging products cannot usually be returned unless they are faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
